Kim has worked in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor for more than 25 years in the Caledon area. Kim has taught many different types of classes including cardio, muscle, step, cycle, core conditioning, resist-a-ball and Pilates to all levels of participants.
The industry has always been a part-time pursuit which she uses to effectively balance the demands of her full time job as a manager at the Toronto Public Library. Fitness is an extremely important part of Kim's life - she could not live without it! When not at the gym, Kim takes full advantage of the many outdoor opportunities the Caledon area has to offer.
